Regarding the quality analysis of the products, first of all, we strictly control the selection of natural organic plant raw materials, the cultivation and procurement of natural plant raw materials, and the certification of organic bases. Second, we inspect each batch of raw materials. The production and processing, finished product sampling and analysis of all links are strictly in accordance with the requirements of the ISO quality system and GMP operations.
In order to ensure product quality, we take samples of each batch of raw materials and each batch of products, and carry out careful testing and analysis through advanced precision testing equipment, record each batch of product information in detail and complete, and continuously pursue high-quality products.
At present, we mainly use high-efficiency hue night spectrum detectors, mass spectrometers, infrared monitors, Fourier transform infrared spectrum analyzers, irradiated food detectors, microbiological detection and a variety of gas chromatography mass spectrometers to analyze our natural plants. Raw materials and plant extracts are analyzed and tested.
Equipped with professional quality control personnel, strict every link of production. Laboratory analysts strictly check the effective ingredients, loss on drying and ash content, heavy metals, residual solvents, microbial indicators, etc., and completely record all test data to ensure the reliability and safety of high-quality products.
